I can't get an answer to the return

I can't get an answer to the return. Fix a broken piece. It has been going on for more than a month. Without a result. Just answers with other questions. I've already sent the broken piece for a long time. Now I'm left without the piece I sent. I have asked countless times to send the piece back or money on it. I have already ordered from another manufacturer

A shit company

A shit company. If you have something to return, it is impossible, even after 20 emails exchanged You still can't send back the object.
