I've been traveling with NS for a while.
Incremental delays, train cancelations mid-trip, check-out glitches (causing the checkout not being registered), super unclean trains post-events,
very poorly handled forgotten items, I experienced them all...
Yet it's one of the most (if not the most) expensive public transportation in the world.
Trustpilot scores are terribly low, yet they don't nothing about it.

I like that natural mineral water (e.g., SPA Reine) is usually a lot cheaper at Joybuy than the supermarkets or other online shops

Delivery time and quality is the best by far.
They even deliver on the same day of order which saved me in a few situations. The packaging is what I liked the most: it's so secure and protected.
Most items I got from them are of good quality with prices generally ranging from low to medium (for me). Only a few times I found better prices on other platforms, however they offer price correction.
