am extremely disappointed with customer service
am extremely disappointed with my experience with Niche Beauty.
First, there was an issue with my order because two different addresses were mixed up, and despite trying to contact customer service about it, I received no response.
When my order finally arrived, I discovered yet another problem. I had ordered a Westman Atelier makeup product in a specific shade, but I was sent a completely different shade. Coincidentally, the shade I received was one that was on sale, while I had paid full price for the shade I had actually ordered.
Since then, I have contacted Niche Beauty five times trying to resolve the issue, and I have received absolutely no response whatsoever.
Mistakes can happen, but what I find unacceptable is the complete lack of customer service and communication when something goes wrong.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend Niche Beauty to anyone.
