Order Issue - image barely visible
Hello,
I received my necklace today, but the engraved photo is barely visible. The image can only be seen when the pendant is tilted in a specific angle. In normal light, it looks grey and the photo is not recognizable.
This does not match how the product was shown on your website.
Please see the attached photos for reference.
I would like to request a replacement with proper engraving quality.

Our spinner necklace is actually one of our best sellers, and the quality of the engraving is something we consistently receive very positive feedback on. For that reason, we do not fully recognize the situation as described.
It is important to mention that the final result of a photo engraving strongly depends on the quality of the image that is uploaded. In your case, the photo provided was black and white and unfortunately very blurry. We did our best to enhance and strengthen the image before engraving it, to achieve the best possible result.
Because this is a photo engraving (and not a text engraving), the visibility naturally depends on lighting and angle. The image becomes clearer when the pendant is tilted and light falls on it correctly. This is characteristic of photo engravings and is also shown clearly on our website and social media, where we demonstrate how the engraving becomes visible by moving it in the light.
In our opinion, considering the quality of the original photo, the necklace turned out as well as possible. That said, we always want our customers to be happy with their purchase, so you are welcome to contact us directly to discuss possible options.
