Because they promise big payouts if you sign up for Vattenfall ( in my case) , but after you sign up they only offer you 5 euros ( which 3 months later I am still waiting for. And Vattenfall offers lower amounts that were offered via Energie Aanbiedingen. And they both send you back and forth. I signed up for a Bol gift certificate for 350 euro ,specifically and Vattenfall only wants to issue a choice of gift up until 350. They act like I don’t understand but they are offering now a bol gift card for 425 in a Black Friday Deal. So not a choice of gifts.
Energy aanbiedingen could just send proof of what I ordered to Vattenfall but up until now they haven’t.

I signed up for a Bol.com gift card worth 350 euro via energie-aanbiedingen.com.
But Vattenfall only wants to issue one for 200. Using the excuse that they offer other gifts up to 350.
Both companies as confirmation doesn’t offer the amount.
So take SCREENSHOTS, because they decide what they will give you and gave me the fault and treats you like your’re stupid.
Other companies offer the same sign up deals and they were honest , so I assumed that Vattenfall would be honest.
Their reaction below is only gaslighting imo.
Because both companies in the initial emails didn’t show the amount.
I know what I choose and would never have chosen a 200 euro gift card because other companies offer much better.
Via energie aanbiedingen they are offering a bol.com gift card for 425 euros.
I choose the same in August for 350.
So instead of being honest they slip different rewards in the contract.
