nSave Is a Scam

My experience with nSave has been extremely disappointing. After using the service and researching customer reviews on Trustpilot, Google Play, and Facebook, I have serious concerns about its reliability, transparency, and customer support, especially for users in Bangladesh.

Here are my main concerns:
1. Serious concerns about large transactions

I have seen numerous complaints from Bangladeshi users reporting that transfers worth hundreds or thousands of dollars, including amounts between $500 and $3,000, have been delayed or stuck. These reports raise serious concerns about whether nSave is reliable enough for large transactions. I strongly advise people to exercise extreme caution before transferring significant amounts of money through this platform.

2. ACH deposits reportedly getting stuck

Many users have complained that their ACH deposits were not credited, with reported waiting times ranging from seven days to several months. Some also describe difficulties getting meaningful assistance from customer support. Having your money stuck without clear communication or a timely resolution is unacceptable for a financial service.

3. Concerns about USDC deposits through Solana

I saw a complaint from someone I know who deposited $55 in USDC through the Solana network but did not receive the funds. According to their account, nSave responded that Solana was not available in Bangladesh. If a particular network is unsupported in a country, this limitation should be clearly communicated before users make deposits. Customers should not have to discover such restrictions after their money has already been sent.

4. Extremely poor customer support

Customer support is one of my biggest concerns. Many Trustpilot reviewers complain about the AI assistant, the difficulty of reaching a human agent, and the lack of meaningful replies through the chat system. I experienced similar difficulties myself. When money is involved, customers need accessible human support, clear answers, and timely resolutions, not an unhelpful chatbot and unanswered messages.

5. Sudden changes in withdrawal thresholds and fees

I was particularly disappointed by the sudden changes in withdrawal requirements and fees. Just two days earlier, the minimum withdrawal amount to avoid a fee was reportedly $131. Then it suddenly increased to $251. The fee also increased from $0.60 to $1.60, adding another dollar in charges.

These are significant changes that can affect customers' financial decisions. Such changes should be communicated transparently, with clear explanations of the applicable fees and withdrawal limits. Customers should not have to keep guessing how much they need to withdraw to avoid charges.

6. My delayed transfer and missing 2.5% remittance incentive

My own transfer was eventually credited to my bank account, but only after a significant delay. Although I eventually received my money, I did not receive the promised 2.5% remittance incentive.

Getting my money back does not erase the delay or resolve the missing incentive. I believe customers deserve a clear explanation of why transfers are delayed and why promised benefits are not delivered.

I also have concerns about how these transfers are processed and whether they qualify for Bangladesh's official remittance incentives. I cannot independently verify the underlying transfer routes or their regulatory compliance, so I believe nSave should provide clearer information about its transfer process and eligibility requirements.

7. Delayed investment price information

In my observation, stock prices displayed in the investment section appeared to be delayed by approximately 10–20 minutes. If prices are delayed, this should be clearly disclosed so customers can make informed investment decisions.

8. Poor app interface and limited features

The app feels unnecessarily limited for a financial platform. For example, I could not find a convenient way to review the complete bank account details associated with a completed transaction, including whether the selected account type was savings or checking. Better transaction records and clearer banking information should be basic features.

9. Reports of unexpected $1 charges

I have also seen Facebook complaints from users who claim that nSave deducted $1 unexpectedly. I cannot verify the reasons for these deductions, but unexplained charges can undermine customers' confidence in a financial service.

Final Verdict: Based on my experience and other users' complaints, I have lost trust in nSave. I cannot recommend it. Research carefully, verify fees and policies, and avoid transferring large amounts until your concerns are resolved.
