Fell for the subscription trap

Countless users here, including myself, have been caught by unexpected subscriptions. The volume of complaints suggests the enrollment process lacks clarity, and my own experience with unhelpful support confirms a systemic issue.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment about our platform, the fee structure and any inconvenience that this may have caused.

It is clearly stated on our payments page when you entered your bank details, that the Student Pass is a £39 non-binding 30-day rolling subscription.

We also send all our students follow-up emails informing them of our terms of service and that the pass can be cancelled at any point.

We treat each case individually, with care and consideration and are happy to consider whether a goodwill gesture on our part would be appropriate, under certain circumstances.
