Unfortunately, my experience with Fritz Berger was extremely disappointing.

I placed an order that arrived clearly opened and with missing items. Upon noticing this, I refused the delivery — the package was never accepted by me.

Despite this, the company decided to refund only the items that remained inside the box, completely ignoring their responsibility for the missing parts. The damage and theft occurred during transport by a courier they chose, yet I’m the one bearing the loss.

I have already opened a case with PayPal and am escalating the issue to European consumer protection authorities.

It’s truly unacceptable that a company with Fritz Berger’s reputation treats customers like this.
Never ordering again.
