Pleasant and helpful experience at Bike Totaal

We had a very pleasant experience at Bike Totaal, Leidschendam. Olaf helped us through the process and answered all our questions. He also helped us to do test rides on multiple bikes and guided our decision-making. We recommend Bike Totaal.

Wat leuk om te lezen dat jullie zo goed zijn geholpen bij het kiezen van de juiste fiets. Even de tijd nemen voor een paar proefritten maakt het verschil bij zo'n keuze, en het klinkt alsof dat precies goed is uitgepakt.

Good service and car.

I was happy with the experience of renting from Diks. The folks at the counter were very helpful and did they best to meet the needs. It will be great if we can (more of less) get the same car shown in the booking. I understand this is difficult, but would be a great add-on to the service.
