The first SUPERVISOR TO REACH OUT CLOSED MY FILE/CASE (WITHOUT HEARING MY CONCERNS) AFTER ONLY 2 UNSUCCESSFUL PHONE CALLS CAUSE MY PHONE DOESN’T ACCEPT/STRANGE/UNKNOWN NUMBERS DUE TO ME BEING SCAMMED/FRAUDED AND LOOSING ALL MY LIFE SAVINGS. THE SECOND SUPERVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE - DISRESPECTFUL - ARROGANT - DISMISSIVE - AND TALKED OVER ME THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CONVERSATION. SHE ENDED UP MAKING THE WHOLE CONVERSATION EXTREMELY TOXIC. AS I RECALL I WAS THE ONLY ONE (CUSTOMER) THAT HAD THE HORRIBLE/SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE THAT SUNDAY AT SHOPPERS DRUG MART OSHAWA CENTRE MALL. SHE DIDN’T LIKE THAT I ESCALATED HER BEHAVIOUR AND DISRESPECTFUL TONE AND BLUNTLY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE REAL ISSUE AT HAND. SHE SPOKE TO ME LIKE IF I WAS HER CHILD AND CLEARLY STARTED THAT MY PROBLEMS EXPERIENCED ON THAT MORNING/AFTERNOON HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH PC OPTIMUM PROGRAM AND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS SHOPPERS DRUG MART PROBLEM AND ENCOURAGED ME TO RETURN TO THE STORE AND CALL OUT CHRISTA (MANAGER ON DUTY) THAT SUNDAY AND DEAL WITH HER ACCORDINGLY. I AM A HANDICAP SENIOR WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND SEVERAL DIFFERENT DISABILITIES SO I ASKED WHAT I SHOULD I REALLY DO TO CHRISTA UPON APPROACH - SHOULD I DEAL WITH HER ACCORDINGLY BY USING MY CANE AROUND HER NECK - WOULD THAT BE DEALING WITH HER ACCORDINGLY - SHE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON ME. I WAS NOT ONLY DISAPPOINTED WITH HER YELLING AND SCREAMING AND OVER ME AND FAILING TO STICK TO THE SUBJECT AT HAND - I WAS ANGRY. SHE NOT ONLY HURT MY FEELINGS MISERABLY BUT TRIGGERED MY ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION AND NOW I HAD TO REPORT HER T0 THE HOSPITAL’S TOP PSYCHIATRIST AND PSYCHOLOGIST. IN MY LINE OF WORK IN THIS COUNTRY IF I WAS TO TREAT A CRIMINAL LIKE THE WAY SHE TREATED ME/BELITTLED ME AND BASICALLY CALLED ME A DISGUSTING IDIOT I WOULD LOOSE MY JOB. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERN OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES EXCELLENCE IS KEY TO SUCCESS/SUCCEED. I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR HER. I AM STILL GOING TO CONTINUE TO INVITE FAMILY - CO-WORKERS AND FRIENDS TO SIGN UP FOR THE PC OPTIMUM PROGRAM. I CAN’T EVEN COUNT ON MY FINGERS HOW FAMILIES - CO-WORKERS AND I ENCOURAGED INTO THE PROGRAM. FINALLY I REFUSE TO ALLOW THAT SUPERVISOR WOMAN TO DETER ME FROM CONTINUING INTO THE PC OPTIMUM. I AM EXTREMELY SORRY FOR HER AND I CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR HER. MUCH APPRECIATION AND FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY TRULY AND HONEST WELL ROUNDED REVIEWS.

Over the top customer service excellence. The store was extremely clean. I love how all the groceries were packed and reachable especially me being handicapped/disabilities. The floor staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when asked what isles certain products were making it extremely easy to walk around. Their produce/groceries are always fresh and if for any reason they were not Fresh you can always return it for a REFUND. I frequent the RITSON store and have had to deal with most of the CASHIERS who are extremely patient, kind, friendly and still very professional. I really enjoyed and appreciate how the self checkout always have a standby cashier should in case customers require assistance. I really enjoy how the PC OPTIMUM points is immediately reflected on the APP and made available to customers. It’s an extremely busy location but cashiers are always available to serve. The quality of service I received today and as usual is always over the top with excellence and exceptional. JORGE was friendly, patient, respectful and helpful. I shop at that location every week.

Over the top excellence in customer relations support and care. Extreme professionalism when dealing with customers challenges and assisting them in the best possible business practices and gets positive outcomes. I already some referred my daughter and some colleagues. And I would definitely do a trade in later
