The worst! I have been greatly inconvenienced over two packages! The couriers simply leave without notifying me that they are here to get a signature as they require, and after many attempts on the phone, I asked for the parcels to be delivered to a store. Even though I was told it would happen today, the package never arrived and I have received no notifications. Please get organized because your service is unacceptable!

I emailed the company on 22/8 for a moving on 23th and they responded immediately. Very good service, friendly and helpful staff.
