Was duped by this …
They don’t tell you in their long preamble about how effective their kit is that it is sent by email and you must print it yourself. I don’t have a printer and I wouldn’t have purchased had I known this. I feel duped.

Printing is completely optional and only available for customers who prefer to keep a physical copy.
The digital format is clearly stated several times throughout our website, including that the documents are delivered by email and can be completed digitally or printed if desired.
We completely understand that if you were expecting a physical folder this may have been frustrating, and we are always happy to help. We offer refunds when a customer feels the product is not suitable, and we have handled many similar situations through friendly and respectful conversations with customers.
