they blocked my account without any reason, I sent an email several times, but they replied just a template email that they would respond to you in some days, their chat support is the same, a robot with any help, they blocked an old account that you can not withdraw your money or transfer any fiat or crypto. and I wonder why there is no authority that we can make a legal complaint to them.
