Global Connect krever 4500kr i gebyr hvis man avbestiller abonnement etter angrefristen (som jeg gjorde) selv om de har ikke levert noe som helst - så man får ikke testet tjeneste - og selv om de leverer mye etter avtalt tid (i min tilfelle var jeg ikke tålmodig nok til å vente for at de skulle levere meg internett, men hvis man leser på Trust Pilot noen har ventet i mer enn 6 mnd.). Dessverre hadde jeg ikke lest anmeldelser på TrustPilot før jeg gikk inn en avtale med dem, men STYR UNNA! Jeg og mange andre som dere kan se på Trust Pilot har vært ofre av Global Connect som opererer som bedrift basert på å selge produkter de leverer ikke og så krave gebyrer som er tilsvarende et år med internetttjenester de har ikke levert en gang.

This company is a scam, stay away from it!! They promise a date for installation of internet on the phone but then once you have agreed to buying their service they are unable to give you a precise date for installation but just a vague '6-8 weeks'. They are useless in customer service each time you call them, and they also charged us 4500 NOK for cancelling their service (for all the reasons stated above) even though they haven't given us ANY SERVICE AT ALL, did not install internet or anything, but we cancelled 17 days after saying yes, instead of the 14 legal days!! Apparently cancelling because of not receiving the service on time as originally promised and not receiving the service one can expect of a customer service is not 'good enough reason' to cancel and thus we have to pay a penalty! Such a scam! I'm angry at myself for not reading the reviews on Global Connect on this website before agreeing to take on their service.

-- Update after Global Connect's automatic message: "We apologize for the experience you've had with us. Unfortunately, I don't have direct insight into your case, so please contact us so we can look into this together with you."

I have contacted them several times, and put an complain and the only response I've had has been the same (similarly automated as the message they put here):

"Her ser vi ikke noe grunnalg for å endre svaret som er tidligere tilsendt, da du har levert oppsigelsen på tjenesten som er blitt levert etter angrefristen på denne er gått ut. Vi forbeholder oss retten til å faturere for bruddet på avtalen, og faktura som er utsendt må betales i sin helhet og ser ikke noe grunnlag for at dette skal reduseres"

En tjeneste som IKKE er blitt levert!! Global Connect takes no responsibility whatsoever in their worst than ever service and customer service! Trust all the bad reviews that are here and do not fall in their trap! They only make their money through scamming people with outrageous fees for no service at all!
