This is an unregulated business, they have mo building, they asked me for payment to a private patpal named account not a business, then when i discovered they are a bunch of crooks they continue to call you, ive called them scammers on the phone and i’ve had two of these calls resulting in them telling me to f o** and ‘you’re an a***ole’ which just confirms it even more - they have no credibility

What an utter rip off
The payment system in the car park is so complicated and slow and takes you around in circles. I paid for an hour and then they claim i was there an extra 1hr 55mins - which is blatantly untrue as i was already on the motorway at the time they claim i left.
I replied to them and told them it's incorrect and they just rejected the truth and continued with their claim,
They have no proof of time when i arrived and none when i left... Plus the INTENT to pay is clear because i paid for an hour and it's only due to THEIR rubbish car park payment system that a customer has to suffer.
They have ZERO customer service and need to look at themselves and their antiquated payment system,
