Unfortunately my experience with DoTerra is very bad. I have placed an order of 44Euros in September and after 6 weeks of waiting and no reply from customer support I decided to claim the money back through my bank. Customer service never replies, there is no reliable tracking system for the order...this is not only highly unprofessional but also fraudulent form their side. When dealing with people who actually PAY to have your products, you cannot simply ignore them when they say they have never received their order.

Incredibly expensive tool for what they offer (49Euros/month). They charge accounts before the trial ends (they charged my account in the middle of the night) so that if you don't cancel subscription beforehand you will be charged automatically. Had to block future payments from my bank. I do not recommend this tool at all.

Company which lives on the back of fraudolent charges. They steal the card data and then charge your account even if you did not conclude any payment procedure. They contine claiming you entered a contest when you did not (luckily I realised it was a fraudolent link and did not press the submission button, but despite this they thought it was wise to steal the card data and charge my account anyways). Claiming for chargeback now. Be aware of any contest advertised on Facebook, this is how they operate!

scam 100%. grandi truffatori che fanno piccole truffe - dall'annuncio per una card Wizzair fai il pagamento di 2€ a Yourgames, invece di Wizzair e non solo che ti svegli che puoi utilizzare i 2€ solo per comprare cose di gaming su Yourgames (che non ne hai bisogno perche tu volevi una Wizzair card) ti svegli anche che sei abbonato e devi pagare 27€ mensili per la membership prime (l'email che sei stato iscritto automaticamente arriva nella spam e se non guardi ti fregano questi soldi mensilment)...non cliccate niente e non fate pagamenti a questi truffatori...ulteriormente hanno chiamato per rimborsarmi i 2€ sotto la condizione di alzare la recensione a 2 o 5 stelle, cosa che ho spiegato che non posso fare in quanto l'esperienza con il pagamento ingannevole verso loro rimane negativa.
