Avoid this platform if you expect buyer protection. I received a shirt that was clearly faded, stained, and incorrectly listed as “New with Tags.” The seller even admitted they had intentionally altered it, yet Vinted still hasn’t made a decision.
My money has been frozen for days while support keeps sending the same copy-and-paste responses: “We’re still working on it.” No explanation, no timeline, no resolution.
The evidence is obvious and could be verified in minutes by comparing the listing with the photos I submitted. Instead, buyers are left waiting indefinitely while sellers keep the money.
A buyer protection fee is meaningless if support refuses to make timely decisions. Very disappointing experience.
