Although the vanity unit and sink i ordered was good quality, the delivery arrangements were a shambles.After agreeing a delivery date it didn't turn up and no contact was made. After talking to somone at BC i was relayed various excuses as to why it didn't turn up. A new delivery date of 2 days later a.m. delivery was agreed and it still didn't turn. After various communications i finally received it later that afternoon. I wasted 2 days waiting in for this delivery so delivery arrangements need to be more efficient.This is rubbish about access. As far as your reply goes there are no problems accessing my property. Just tell the truth and admit your people cocked up on the delivery. As for the compensation you can donate it to charity.

Delivery did arrive on the day scheduled with yourself, we were notified there were access issues with the vehicle delivery was planned on. Our delivery partner had advised calls were attempted and went unanswered to discuss this with you. Due to any inconvenience caused we had offered you a 50% of your delivery fee as a good will gesture.
