Don't purchase anything from this company!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

They take your money instantly but won't deliver the item you purchased. I spent hundreds of euro on furniture and even paid extra for a 72 hr delivery. It never arrived and every time I calld they told me it was on its way. Weeks and months passed and still their so called customer service team lied and said it would be delivered. When I requested a refund it was the same lies. I was told the refund would be dealt with shortly but despite several calls and more emails I never got it even after months of trying. So frustrating when they blatantly lie to customers with no intention of delivering the item or providing even a refund.

I was deliberately misled until such time as I couldn't seek a refund through my bank (reverse charge on my debit card). This can only be done within 120 days and after that its not an option and Rathwood clearly knew that.

Don't lose your hard earned money - DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM RATHWOOD.

I ordered some furniture on 13th Dec 2025 with a 3 days fast delivery. It never arrived before or after Christmas and I can't get a refund. The order was cancelled on 21st Jan 2026 however they wouldn't give a refund.

Nothing but lies after lies about how I'm top of the list and my refund will be processed shortly every time I called and emailed but no refund was given. Absolutely disgraceful to steal unsuspecting customers hard earned money with no intention of processing and delivering your order. Zero rating......

Don't purchase anything from Rathwood. It won't be delivered and younwont get your money back!!!!

If you have purchased something and its within 120 days you should contact your bank immediately who may be able to do a reverse transaction if you used a debit/credit card.for the purchase.

Excellent magazine and website with tons of very practical and useful information and great ideas for anyone starting out on their self build journey or renovation/extension project. Really love the Projects section where you can see first hand the ups and downs of taking on new builds and a wide range of renovation and extension projects throughout Ireland. The website, podcasts, presentations and group discussions are brilliant too. Definately worth checking out.

Really helpful and informative staff in particular the receptionist and the audiologist Noel who was amazing. Everything was explained clearly and the service provided was professional and fast. I'm delighted with the invisible hearing aid I got. I had my doubts initially however now that its fitted It's perfect and has made a huge difference. I'd highly recommend Hidden Hearing on Abbey Street.
