We traveled at a Covid Pandemic time
We traveled at a Covid Pandemic time, and although all bookings were done correctly and confirmed, one of the airlines involved cancelled our booking, did not inform us and did not offer an alternative, until we ourselves looked around and decided that the only not very good alternative was taking a train, which, of course, messed up our arrival plans. Fortunately, AirHelp came to our help, and we received reasonable compensation.
