Fantastic company. Good prices and easy to book online. Great customer services to help, if needed. Would highly recommend as I’ve been using them for years.

I shop quite regularly at John Lewis and find them an excellent company to shop with. They carry a great line in most things at very reasonable prices. Their delivery and collection services are excellent, always arriving within the timeframe requested. Returns are equally simple and efficient to use, either drop off at the post office or in store. I’ve not had a bad experience with John Lewis so can only sing their praises.

I placed an order on the 13 May. I received an email with a receipt of my purchase. Since that email I never received any notification on delivery. I emailed them by the email address provided on their website only for it to be invalid. I eventually traced a contact number for the company via Google. I started to think it was a fraudulent company. I called them on the 20th May, only to be casually told, your item is not in stock. I wasn’t pleased to hear this as my order went through and money taken from my bank. They had no answer as to why I was not informed that my product wasn’t available until I contacted them. This has really put me off shopping online with this company.

Paving Direct were excellent from the moment I placed my order until delivery. I was kept updated about my delivery and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately two of the compound mix was damaged in transit. However, after a quick phone call, Paving Direct ordered two new replacements. My replacements arrived on time and perfect condition. Nothing was too much trouble for this company and I highly recommend them.

Very happy with my purchase. Fresh items, nicely packed and as usual always delivered on time. It was also a real bonus to get a bag of organic walnuts free with my purchase, so thank you to whole foods , a great company, and I highly recommend them.

I was kept informed of my delivery and it arrived within the designated time slot. The driver offered to carry the package into the house for me as it was very heavy.

I spoke with Dermot who was extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. I was kept informed via email at every stage if my purchase, I purchased a flute which arrived well wrapped and within a few days. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone interested in buying an instrument. A very happy customer.
