Engineer Great - Company not so good

The engineer who did the install was amazing and really helpful. The HHI products look good too.
It is the company and the packages that is the issue with contracts being incorrectly represented and extremely unclear. The products are then shipped overnight to give you no chance to go through the contract properly.
Always read the small print and be prepared for hidden extras

From start to finish a really great service.
Jack our sales guy was really great, down to earth and really listened to what we needed.
Faiza was the lady I dealt with for collection and she was great too. Easy to talk to, very knowledgeable
