The driver was easy to find and helped with the luggage
Before our flight arrived, the driver sent us a message telling his name and location. Based on this we found him easily in the arrival hall. He helped us to get all our luggage to his car and asked our preferences for the drive (car temperature, what kind of music if any we'd like to hear etc). He drove quickly but carefully to our destination and helped to unload our luggage from the car).
