G2A claims you can ASK the buyer for a refund if you didnt claim it but they dont really care what the seller does, they dont protect their costumers, go buy elsewhere

You can return products to us within 14 days, as long as they are still in their original packaging. The only exception are digital products. However, during the purchase process, you will be informed several times that these products cannot be returned.
