The branch in Nettuno is rubbish

The branch in Nettuno is rubbish. After signing the deeds they are off. Even the girl in the Enel office asked me who sold me the property and why they didn't help me to switch the utilities as other agencies used to do.

After the Toscano's response, I have to make clear that the offered contact with the utility companies was completely inadequate for non-italian. I'm not sure an Italian customer will like it either. It involved multiple telephone appointments because either nobody called at the suggested time or spoke only Italian. At the end, it involved automatic call in Italian, to which at a very specific point I was supposed to say 'si'. Well, as I missed it, we had to start all over again next week. That's why I spent two days in their office to possibly manage the unsuccessful calls and/or those in Italian. Luckily, at the end of Friday, the reception lady in Nettuno office simply gave us the addresses of the utility companies. As several days were lost we managed to make contract with the water company. The story with Enel was more complicated, but eventually today on May 26 (same year!) we have electricity and gas in the apartment.

Good evening, the agency would like to clarify a few points:

"The client was assisted by our Nettuno and Anzio branches throughout the entire purchase process, from the beginning of the negotiation through to the deed signing, and even after the signing of the deed.

In the days following his move to Nettuno, Mr. Nickolay came to our offices for two consecutive days to receive support with the transfer of utilities. Although this is not an activity that falls within the specific responsibilities of a real estate agency, our secretary made herself fully available, dedicating time and assistance to him, including through the support of external partners and direct contacts.

Considering the complexity of the procedure, he was advised to go to a physical office, as this was considered a more effective solution than managing the process online.

We made available for further support, providing a consultant to attend the appointment at the property with the technician responsible for handling the gas meter.
In light of the above, we believe that your review does not accurately reflect the assistance actually provided, nor the availability and time that we concretely dedicated to you."

Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Handle the load with care. The price is also quite reasonable compared to other movers.

Excellent service

Excellent service! Moving from Milton Keynes to Valencia was made really smooth and easy. The girls in the office are very responsive and helpful. The driver Tony did a great job, especially in MK as the helping person was very late. He was so kind to contact me well in advance before arriving at the destinations. Regarding the price: I couldn't find anything significantly cheaper and as reliable as this.
