Grizl is a poor bike
I have an Endurace, no problems with it after 6000 KM.
I bought a Grizl last year (over CHF 5k) and the bike is a disaster. There is an issue where it drops the chain on the front randomly when shifting down. It happened again this week and the chain jammed into the frame causing damage. I tried to resolve this with local bike shops but they cannot set it correctly. Canyon paid for it the first time and then I gave up contacting them because their customer service is too annoying to deal with and it is not worth the hassle. I am not about 300 CHF out of pocket and the bike is still not right.
The lever position is also really bad on my bike (confirmed by my bike shop), Canyon resolved it by giving me free bar tape with my next order.
I also cannot recommend their accesories. I bought some for the Grizl, they are all flimsy and cheap and I instead repurchased similar products from Topeak which are better designed and have much better quality.
Once upon a time Canyon was a great company, this is no longer the case, I would suggest paying extra and buying a different brand from a local shop.
As for the response to my review from comment, no data request received.

Review of Swisscom
Most expensive but...
They are the most expensive provider in Switzerland but I personally find value in the cost.
Service is reliable and works everywhere in Switzerland. Customer service is always polite and responsive.

Review of Digitec
Great company
Great company, delivery is mostly reliable. Normally things cost more than from other providers but Digitec reliably delivers within a day or 2 and when I have had to return things, they ask no questions and refund quickly.
Review of Swiss International Air Lines
Not what it used to be.
Airline is always late.
What was always nice about Swiss was that they offered better economy service than any other airline, this was stripped and not restored after covid.
I paid for upgrade to business class on flight to Delhi, the plane was really old and it wasn't worth it. The seat was extremely uncomfortable because it was so worn out.
This was once a great airline but it has been destroyed and it is not worth the extra cost.
Review of DPDgroup
Garbage company
Garbage company, delivery notified for 24th, tracked the van, it was 2 hours late but around the corner, then disappeared from system. Called hotline, they said I should wait. I explained the van had disappeared. Agent went to investigate, told me it would be next day. Received notification with 1 hour time bracket, they came an hour earlier than they should have. Box is also significantly damaged.
Review of Mytrendyphone
Great service
This is my second time to use Trendyphone. I have no problems, ordered Friday, received Wednesday. Paid less than half the price of Galaxus.
Review of Jensen Beds
super disappointing
super disappointing. I bought a bed from Jensen expecting it last for 10 years, with an expectation of replacing the topper after 5. Instead we had issues quite quickly. The bed has never been comfortable and within a few months, it bowed in the middle. The retailer refused to do anything and Jensen refused to intervene. Now within 5 years we are sending the bed to the dump - The bed before, an IKEA one that cost 10% as much, lasted much longer.
So do not believe the guarantee promises. They will not resolve any issues and you do not get what you pay for.

Pricing is good
Review has been requested before delivery. I believe the delivery is also longer than was quoted, thankfully I am not in a rush.
Swiss buyers watch out - Swiss border tax is not included - In the end, didn't save anything vs buying locally.

Fine taste, terrible design, questionable sustainability.
The flavour is fine and if you would use this only on a desk I guess it would be ok..
Unfortunately you cannot carry it, carried mine with lid attached in my backpack. Opened my backpack and half the bottle had emptied, what a design flaw! I use reusable water bottles to avoid single use plastic. So realising this is massively disappointing, even my cheapest water bottles that cost 20 times less can seal to be carried..
Despite what the website says, the pods are also not recyclable, I checked with my local council and they said that they are not suitable to be recycled with water filters or any other category. Also reading answers to reviews here, it’s incredible to see suggestions to use sparkling water, yet more waste from a reusable bottle?
