Really no star is deserved for the top I received. It looked nothing like the picture or quality of fabric. the cut and fit was nothing like the picture either and my small head could barely fit through the neck.

Really the worst piece of clothing I’ve ever purchased or seen.

A new rescue dog was arriving in 3 days with no bed or other supplies. The website looked good and there was ample promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed and easy return policy. When placing the order, there was no shipping detail except that shipping and tax were free. I went ahead and placed the order, late on a Sunday night and got immediate confirmation of the order. At this point they provided delivery info of 10-14 days which did not meet the needs of the rescue dog. I immediately went back to the website and went to their contact info. I sent an email explaining my situation and requested that they cancel the order. I got an almost instant email back saying they had issued a shipping number already(within minutes) and could not reimburse
But assured me I could return it or donate it. I did not see any recourse at that time so waited the two weeks and it did arrive. By then, I already had the dog and a bed so did not want this $135 bed. It came by usps from an address near Las Vegas but Mr Fluffy Friends customer Service per said I had to mail it to an address in China and the cost was $99. In my next email I complained and they offered me 15% refund if I kept it. I explained I could not afford another bed and wanted to mail it to the address on the packaging. They said that no refund could be issued if I sent it there and it had to be mailed to China. But they increased the refund amount to 40% if I kept it.

My credit card company ultimately could not cancel the payment because I finally received the package. And Mr Fluffy Friend has not sent me the 40% refund.

This company has very dishonest presentation of easy returns and 100% satisfaction guarantee. It’s not reasonable to expect returns must be mailed to China.

The ordeal of the cancellation was handled smoothly.
I would have appreciated a couple days to do the refund instead of a couple weeks -- but eventually the check arrived in the mail.

In the last few months i have not needed to order groceries every week for a variety of reasons, but they are like a good friend checking in and giving me time to place an order even the morning of delivery.

The food options are everything we need.
