No delivery even if the sofa is ready

Still waiting for more than 3 month.
The sofa has been done and after set a delivery date that has been cancelled the day after and nobody can tell me when the sofa will be delivered.
My big mistake has been to pay complete the sofa in advance.
Even calling the call center, they don't help you that much saying that this is out of their control.
That is not really important for me cause I've placed my order with you guys!
Anyway, for all of you that want to order a sofa from dfs, pls avoid if you don't wanna wait forever!

PS: Head Office Customer Service Team on 0333 9999 777 has been contacted and they have no solutions nor suggestions than just wait ...
