I've been receiving 2 different coffee every 4 weeks for more than a year now and so far there has only been one I disliked, otherwise they all were between "I like it" and "I want it again". And rating the coffees is fairly easy on their website and it affects what I receive next. The only coffees I've received twice, are the ones I rated the highest on their scale. I love the experience of discovering new coffees every month, even more now that they've added light roast to their options! The reason I'm not leaving 5 stars is because there is always place for improvement. Here, the website could use some improvements, at the moment it is only possible to rate the last received coffees, not the ones from prior batches. Perhaps, being a software engineer, technological issues annoy me more than the average user. Had there been a 4.5 star rating, that's what I would have left as I'm very satisfied with the service offered.
