Just had a payment come out of my bank account ($53.30) due to some damn "hidden consent" I never subscribed to nor authorised. Doing what I can now to ensure this doesn't end up being a monthly amount that keeps coming out of my account! It came through PayPal and I have now removed cards from PayPal account and tried to close the PayPal account but it says I have to wait for "pending" transaction/s to clear! Not happy about being conned. They should be shut down.

I am currently waiting for a refund ($146) as "Jack" has promised me. I was told that the item I ordered was water damaged and I could either wait weeks for another one or get a refund in 10-15 business days. When I said refund, they wanted my bank details. Nope. I replied that they would have to get their bank to refund the $$ to me (I had done a bank transfer). I am really concerned now after reading some of these reviews as I can't afford to lose that money. If they don't come through, I will be reporting to police and tribunal. I have addresses for them and see they also trade under names Kalsac, Rewolve and Ninety. They have until 15 Oct - at the very latest - to put those $$ back in my account. Once I have my money back I will write an updated review. The sooner I get my refund, the more positive will be my review. Okay - it has now been over 15 business days and no refund. I've gone to my bank in the hope they may be able to get my $$ back. The bank says - if they can help - it'll take awhile as they have a backlog of similar cases. I am ever hopeful yet realistic so not holding my breath.

I do a lot of housesitting and YouFoodz is great when staying in someone else's home. Convenient, tasty, and fast and reliable delivery; lots of choices of dinners. I like the portion sizes though some people might find them a bit small - always good to supplement with salads or extra veggies.

Very good. I like that someone else counts calories for me. Delivery is excellent and I'm amazed at how quickly an order can be put together for, sometimes, next day delivery. A great selection of dishes with new innovative dinners being added all the time. I use Youfoodz when I'm housesitting as it makes life so much easier when in someone else's home and trying to find my way around their kitchen. Bonus - limited shopping and washing up! Frequent bargain bundles make Youfoodz cost effective too.
