My order arrived very quickly. It was my first order from Roman, four items of clothing. Each item was well packaged. I was impressed with the quality, the fabrics and the fit of each item and expect to be ordering from them again in the future.

The product, privacy trellis, was as expected and good quality. The delivery was also very good with helpful conversation beforehand.

I liked everything about the dress, the drape of the fabric the, colours and the fit. I liked the weight and the shade of blue and the fit of the sweatshirt.

As i purchased two sizes of dress I needed to return one. I liked the return method - the bar code scanning and packaging up turned out simple and eco friendly. The only downside for me is that I have difficulty getting to a Post Office and that’s the only way to return items.

I have been buying Lands End long sleeved tees, polo necks, turtle necks, roll necks in 100% cotton for several years in size S and always found them very good in all ways. But these three I have just bought seem to have come up overall larger than usual. I’ll keep them. I definitely won’t have to worry about shrinkage! Otherwise it would have been 5 stars as I love them as they are so comfortable and cosy to wear.

The prompt delivery made it great. The sandals look and feel very well made. They are comfortable straight away but as I haven’t worn them yet I can’t comment on long term comfort or use.

The jacket was at a great price - half price. It came quickly and I loved it. All together good service and good product - Laurel Jacket. I’d already bought one in a different colour, that’s how much I liked it. It rustled when worn because it was an excellent 100% recycled material. I even found the the rustle appealing.

I wanted an OS map puzzle for my daughter to remind her of all the places she spent time in as she grew up. So I gave Happy Puzzle a postcode as the centre of the puzzle and hoped all her places would be included in the area covered by the puzzle. It turned out exactly as I wanted. We were both delighted with the result. It was delivered just in time for Christmas as they said it would be.

Beautiful oak serving platter purchased at sale price so I considered it excellent value. Well packaged and delivered promptly.
