Very pleased with the selection and the prices are accessible. Fast delivery and always well packaged.
But, have been receiving great offers via e-mail with discount codes that once I'm on the App aren't accepted. This is a No No. I have contacted Customer Service but no resolution has been forthcoming.

Delivered very quickly and packed so nicely. Was amazed at the good quality products and variety ( I ordered a houseplant roulette - lucky dip). Beautiful plants and can honestly say, let the jungle grow. Highly recommend!!!!! Will order from this supplier again. Many Thanks 😁😉

Ordered 09.09. Received 10.09. Supposed to be a leather sheath, looks & feels like paper wrap. Very light and not at all what I was expecting. Have contacted the company various times for a return and refund. No reply whatsoever!!!

Regarding your order details — are you sure the order number is UK56593? Our records show a Loki Blackout Sheath ordered on 29/09 and delivered on 09/10, not on 09/09. To avoid any confusion, we’ve already instructed our team to process a full refund for the sheath.
