The staff in lakeside

The staff in lakeside, Thurrock, are the best.
Professional, knowledgeable, led by Marianna, they are suberb.
In the past I have been served by Josh. Absolutely great.
Yesterday I had Elena who was entirely thorough….
Our sight is paramount,so to be in the hands of these experts is very reassuring, especially with everything ‘online’ it’s best to go to the experts.

Not happy

No, the company did not do well. The engineer, Kyle Johnson did well.
He was polite and accurate.
However, I am very displeased that my original telephone number has not been transferred to this new contract. I am not happy. I am currently awaiting a call back to rectify this issue.

Excellent service

I had a pagoda fitted in my garden by
Garry, Paul, and Abraham.
They were absolutely excellent, as they went above what they came to actually do. They did this despite having transportation problems which they overcame to ensure the delivery was delivered and fitted.
Would recommend them 100%
