Very disappointing experience:

• Flight delayed at departure and arrived late.
• After landing, we waited another 40 minutes just to open the aircraft door because they said there was no ramp crew.
• Charged $117 for only one 23 kg checked bag.
• We booked only for two person, but our seats were separated. We were then asked to pay extra to sit together. It's not only with us! Other passengers were having the same issue.
• This airlines charge $34 for in person check in at the airport.

At every step, it honestly feels like a scam. Never again.
