I will never use them again. Had rented and prepaid a car in Italy, but when I got there, was told they didn't have th automatic I had requested. And that my credit card expiring in less than 6 months made it unusable for the deposit which was to be 1,100 Euros. They pointed me to the Terms and Conditions, but that is a ridiculous numbers. After much back and forth and finally agreement on a lower amount, I was given an automatic after all. I drove it for 5 minutes until I realized the engine warning light was on. Drove straight back and returned it and said I no longer wanted the car. When later asking for a refund from rentalcars.com, they told me since I had returned the car early they had no further obligation and the case was closed. Also, communicating with them is a pain. They never send you an email with any information, you have to go and log into your account to read it, and then you need to request a new pin every time before you can log in. Just to then finally learn that they will not give you a refund.

Total scam. I canceled it before the "free" week was over, received a confirmation of the cancellation, then 2 weeks later was charged $40 for a month. Contacted support, which is essentially an AI bot taught to offer you 2 years free. When you decline, you are told their terms and conditions say online orders can't be canceled. I eventually got my credit card to refund the payment, but it's better to stay away entirely.

Every time I start a new project and look for the right yarn, Linde Hobby comes up at the very top, both for selection and for decent prices. I just wish they were able to ship a little faster, but given the distance it is not unreasonable. Great quality yarns for sure, and good customer service.

I had never worked with Flatio before and had an excellent experience. Between the host and the property manager who got assigned to me shortly before moving in, I always got prompt responses and didn't encounter any issues. I would definitely rent from them again!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!

Your company is a complete fraud. I would advise anyone to stay away. My order never arrived, but what's worse is, I could never reach ANYONE to talk about this and rectify it.

*** Update: my order was finally delivered. I had disputed the credit card charge and eventually the company got in touch with an explanation of the delay. I was very happy to finally hear from someone and it all worked out in the end, but the experience still cost me way much more time and effort than it should have. I placed the order September 11 and it finally arrived end of October.
