The return policy is inconsistent. You have to check each item's status. This allows a loophole in which low quality or damaged products can be sold at high prices and not returned.

This was my first and last time buying. I would never think in today's day and age that a varying return policy would not be more visible when purchasing an item. In order to be certain, a purchaser must look through the fine print for each item.

Not worth the time.

The return policy is ridiculous. Not worth shopping, especially items in which you need to try on! Never buying again.

I had hoped a digital app could deliver a digital product. I didn't want to wait for a printout and I found it to be too expensive considering the inconvenience of having to wait. They were quick to follow up and tried to make it work. If you have time, it would be worthwhile.
