Their Auríe Portable Lamp is of amazing quality, design and materials. They also cover all duties and costs on delivery to the UK! The customer service was quick friendly, and exceptionally helpful. A worthwhile purchase in every sense.
Review of Tikamoon UK
A £600 unit arrived significantly damaged with dents/cracks and leg partially off. They offered to replace the unit and this also came significantly damaged.I decided to just keep the first damaged unit as I lost faith in their ability to provide a perfect unit (as I'd expect at this price point) and after all the time it took dealing with the matter, they only offered a 20% refund. I was left not fairly compensated for the items loss in value (at least 50%) and they would give no offer of compensation for the time/cost it took repackaging the item for return and dealing with the matter.

We are very sorry that your items were damaged in transit. As we are based in France the items need to pass through many hands before arriving with you and unfortunately this is a risk we cannot avoid. We always look to offer money off of the unit to keep it, a replacement where available or a collection for a full refund in the event that you are unhappy with the product.

The Actors gym is a great tool offering opportunities to learn many different aspects of acting, from Improv to Shakespeare. As well as being a great way to connect with other actors. I highly recommend a subscription to get involved in all the different activities they offer.
