My solar panels were installed 1 year…
My solar panels were installed 1 year ago and the installation was fine. However their after care service is not acceptable. All problems are dealt with by email which you wait up to 72 hours for a response and if the problem isn't fixed you wait another 72 hours for a further email response. My App has never worked properly and despite the relevant paperwork being provided to my electricity provider, not 1 kW has ever been fed back to the grid. I installed Solar panels in an effort to save on my electricity costs and at the moment feeling very let down.
