My experience with Creation has been extremely frustrating. When I provided my legally valid deed poll (accepted by HMRC, DVLA, and used to update my passport and driving licence), I was told by Adnan Mehmood that this was not sufficient and that I must supply an “enrolled stamped deed poll.” This is not a legal requirement in the UK, and it felt obstructive, dismissive, and unhelpful.

I explained multiple times that my identity had already been updated by UK government authorities, yet my concerns were brushed off. Adnan’s communication came across as rigid, uncooperative, and lacking any customer empathy.

In complete contrast, Lindsey Noon later handled the same issue professionally and with common sense, accepting the requested documents without unnecessary hurdles and resolving my problem quickly.

Creation needs to ensure staff are trained consistently and that customers are not forced through arbitrary demands that go beyond UK law. Based on my experience with Adnan Mehmood, I cannot rate this service higher than 1 star.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming 1-bedroom apartment in Porto. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, it was the perfect location for exploring the city.

The apartment was beautifully designed and fully furnished, offering all the comforts of home. The living room was well-lit and elegantly furnished, and the open-plan kitchen had top-of-the-line appliances and essential cookware. The bedroom was cozy, with a comfortable double bed and a work desk. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

The entire apartment was spotless, thanks to the professional cleaning service. GuestReady, the property manager, was excellent in answering my questions promptly and made the self-check-in process seamless.

This is the worst possible service I have experienced in my life. My items were stolen and the service was beyond terrible, I can't describe how bad the service was. I wanted to chase up the business so they can maybe come to an agreement with either paying me for the missing items or at least replacing them, but they did not help me in anyway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEFS.
