We are very pleased with our new Murphy bed from legacy handcraft. Stephanie went above and beyond from the very first time we met via a virtual tour of the show room all the way through delivery and walking us through some troubleshooting when putting together the bed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone considering custom furniture!

I ordered printed envelopes and when i received my order all of my envelopes were blank and i had to hand write the addresses as a result. This was an inconvenience as i had paid for the envelopes to be preprinted due to my busy schedule. After speaking to a customer service representative i was compensated for my order.
