Sent my down jacket back to have several tears repaired. The tears were all my fault (brambles etc). Extremely pleased with the result. They replaced an entire panel on the back of the jacket and fixed several smaller holes I hadn’t even asked to have repaired. Excellent service, great communication. My jacket had been relegated to dog walking and gardening; now suitable for wearing out again. Delighted.

This was a refreshingly pleasant experience. Hadn't heard of D&M before being directed there from Metabo's website. Easily found what I wanted at a good price and placed the order. Got an immediate response from Heather - a real person! - updating on shipping. She helpfully rearranged to suit when I'd be in, and also sorted out a follow up query. The latter turned out to be my error - but she was kind and pleasant throughout. Really can't speak more highly of the experience.

We got out Dualit toaster as a wedding present - 25 years ago. One of the heating elements finally went, and I thought "oh well, it's done us well". Looked on the Dualit site, found out I can still buy replacement parts at very reasonable prices. Purchased a full set. Simplicity itself to install, and toaster restored to full function. It's so pleasantly rewarding to see a company that's *actually doing* quality and sustainability, not just talking about it. Fantastic.
