My car was in for a full service and was handled effectively and professionally by the staff on reception. Pricing was explained up front with no additional add ons. A advisory issue with the car wheel nuts was explained clearly on the vehicle report.
The vehicle was booked in for this additional work with the cost explained up front. Excellent customer service!!!

Excellent service from this company. Helpful staff and quick turnaround with an offer and payment straight into your bank account. I have sent two boxes and been pleased with my offers. Will be in the process of sorting out items for my third box. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Because I was not going to be in. The item could only be delivered to a neighbour or returned to depot. I identified the neighbour address online. The courier rang me on arrival and told him it needed to be delivered to my neighbour over the road. The courier had difficulty understanding this. He said he would leave it under my caravan on the drive. I told him definitely not. Fortunately my immediate next door neighbour arrived home from work to rescue the situation. I was not happy 😕 Apart from that the item was delivered in the specified time and packaged well. Improvement needs to be made with communication between customer service and courier.
