Review of Wessex Water
We had an emergency backed up sewer drain in our garden. I called Wessex Water and within 2 hours a specialist arrived to eventually clear the blockage and identify the root cause, which was in a field across the road. A follow up team arrived the following day to mark up the location of the collapse. To my further delight they actually trenched and repaired the collapse there and then. This was on a Saturday. The specialists who came to our house and the emergency phone line responders were all excellent. Polite, professional and re-assuring. They were focussed on sorting the issue out and quickly. Outstanding level of service - thank you.

We bought a small household appliance through the Coopers website. The order was immediately followed up with a phone call from the store explaining when the item would be available for us to pick up - the option we had selected. We received another call shortly thereafter to say the item had been received. Excellent communication and ease of use of online ordering system. Wouldn't hesitate the use Coopers again.

We had a backed up sewer. I was answered immediately on the phone and upgraded to requiring emergency service. Specialist came out on the same day, after hours in the evening. He did a great job, was very professional and thorough. Help line staff were also excellent in dealing with my issue promptly. Well done Wessex Water

The unit we bought is fantastic, very pleased with it. The only problem we encountered was that it was delivered to us without any prearrangement - by chance we were in but the delivery driver refused to take the unit off his truck. 2 workmen nearby very kindly unloaded the unit.
