The app is useless, and website not much better. I tried my book a holiday for over a week and both constantly crashed on the payment stage yet the prices could continue to rise. Finally gave up an phoned TUI, only for them to say they didn't understand what the issue was. They offered to book the holiday for me, saying they would match any discount codes yet the prices quoted were dearer than that quoted on either the website or app 🤔😠
