Ordered glasses took over 7 days to…
Ordered glasses took over 7 days to arrive. They arrived incorrect. What a carry on glassess didn’t fit and right side at bottom of corner was all blurred. Rang up the company and they weren’t very helpful. They sent me email wanting me to measure my PD but didn’t say this on email. It took 4 days before they even sent out correct email. Honestly I have never. Wen stressed with glasses. Also still waiting for manager call back even I have it in black and white. I had to chase up as I don’t get any correspondence

Great - have used them for years
Just did my 4th or 5th order from the over the years. Easy to use website, straightforward to order and quick delivery.
I always buy them when there's an offer on, but the quality seems great.

I ordered my prescription glasses…
I ordered my prescription glasses online with Glass Direct and was nervous to start with choice of the right fit for me. What I really liked which helped me choose the fit style and fit was the setup to try the glasses before purchase. That allowed to try several glasses before the two I ordered. It came quicker than predicted which was a good surprise. I certainly will recommend Glasses Direct as their setup to purchase glasses is excellent to payment options.

1/5 Stars: Unbelievably frustrating experience – customer service completely misses the point
I am honestly blown away by how poor the customer service at Glasses Direct has been. I have never experienced anything like this from any company before.
I contacted them before my order was dispatched to make a simple change to my order. Every email I send contains a standard, system-generated encryption attachment, something completely irrelevant to my actual query. Instead of addressing my actual request, their customer service team has done nothing but obsess over this encryption file.
I have explained in detail multiple times that the attachment has zero relevance to why I’m contacting them. I even tried reaching out at different times of the day to get through to different representatives, but without fail, every response ignores my request and focuses entirely on the attachment. I am still yet to receive any actual, useful help.
Glasses Direct advertises a generous 180-day return and refund policy, but at this rate, I’m starting to think that's only because it takes longer than 180 days to get a human being to actually read your email and help you. Absolutely appalling service.
