Seamless move from the UK to Poland. The support from the outset has been brilliant, the consistent responsiveness and patience from Charlotte Boote has been wonderful and has made a real difference to my move. My mind has been put at ease during the whole process, Pickfords have been fantastic throughout. The moving guys were professional and courteous at both ends, and my possessions have been moved seamlessly and without concern. I am extremely happy at the service I have received from Pickfords and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a move.

I recently moved to Poland from the UK, and was understandably a little nervous. The whole team at Pickfords have been great, but a special mention should go to Charlotte Boote who has shown amazing patience with me and answered all of my questions in an extremely timely fashion. On the actual day of collection I was reassured by the professionalism of the moving team and whilst my items are yet to be delivered, I have full confidence in the team given the high quality approach they took to packing. My items were securely packed, marked, inventoried and the whole collection only took a few hours, which was much quicker than I was expecting. I fully accept that Pickfords may not be the cheapest available, but that is because I am paying for quality. I hope to only make one permanent overseas move in my life, and so I wanted absolute assurance that my move would be undertaken with the highest quality - and, so far, Pickfords have absolutely delivered on every aspect of their service, which has made my move a whole less stressful than it could have been. I am indebted to the entire team, and would happily recommend them given the perfect service and attention they have shown me over the preceding months.

I'd never ordered from them before, but their prices were great so I took a chance. The polo shirt I ordered was great value, great quality, and arrived in a reasonable time. I would have no hesitation in ordering from Resurrection again.

Perfect every time! So, I'm in the UK and I buy a lot of older Lego Star Wars sets, mainly the UCS ones. This sometimes means I need to get replacement stickers, and Brickstickershop deliver every single time. The stickers are extremely high quality - you would never know the difference between them and the originals once applied. Despatch is always fast and delivery is always quick. I must have ordered around 10 times now, and every single time it has been perfect! Amazing!

I was slightly hesitant to order given some of the feedback on TrustPilot. Nevertheless, there was a pair of Saucony trainers I wanted in a size that I was struggling to find anywhere in Europe, so I took a chance - and wow, I am glad that I did. The ordering process was very easy, and I received immediate email confirmation. I ordered from the UK on a Saturday, received dispatch confirmation on the Sunday, and to my utter astonishment the trainers arrived today, Tuesday (despite an estimated arrival date of Friday, which I would have been happy with). That's four days from start to finish including two weekend days, which some UK retailers would do well to achieve, let alone a US-based one! So shopbop.com deserve 5 stars for turning around the order so quickly and dispatching at the weekend, and UPS also deserve 5 stars for such an amazingly quick international delivery. The packaging was great, the trainers came in their original box, and I am assuming any import charges were taken care of during the order process as I haven't received any additional request for payment. The trainers themselves are fantastic, exactly what I wanted and finally I got them in the size I wanted. 5 stars to everyone involved - I will happily order again from shopbop.com, it was literally perfect from start to finish!

I hadn't heard of TaskRabbit but they were associated with Ikea so I thought I'd give them a go. They were great all round, nice easy to use app and the Tasker themselves was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I ordered a custom t-shirt and they delivered a custom t-shirt very quickly! I literally cannot fault their service :) .

The actual service is great, and represents good value for money. My fridge has been repaired and I am very happy.

What infuriates me is the cold calling that goes alongside the service, but I have just blocked the numbers now and all seems well.

Customer service was fantastic! I had a minor issue with my order, contacted customer service and received a very prompt reply within 24 hours. This was then followed up regularly until resolved, and they really impressed me with how they handled matters. I accept that things go wrong occasionally, and in my view it's how the issue is handled - and Base handled it perfectly!

Great communication, arrived promptly, delivery as requested, can't fault the service in any way - literally perfect!

Mine is not the easiest of places to deliver to, but thanks to the tracking option I knew roughly when the parcel was going to arrive. Having arranged to be outside, the driver turned up in the early part of the window and all was fine.
