the team at Burga reacts very fast to customer feedback, I reported a problem with the case and they reached out within an hour on instagram, and gave me very very quick responses on the next step. i do love their cases i had one it was very pretty!
i recommend the tough case though for more protection. because the brand offers 12-month warranty and i was able to get a replacement order within 1 day of communication, i sent them an inquiry in the morning and they already gave me a confirmation just 2 hours later.
