The shop is great, very good range of choice, people who help you with choosing the furniture are also great and many speak English.
As soon as you get to actually getting your furniture customer service doesn't speak any English, delivery times are prolonged and you cannot do anything about it. Moreover, some deliveries are not even made and delayed for months.

First of all I have not realized that buying “look-ups” is limited to 1-month so out of my purchased look-ups at least a half of them just disappeared which is frustrating. At least could have given me a heads-up saying: “Hey you have still a lot of contacts to find”.

Next, I have tried to contact the people who I looked up, and my email has reached incredible bounce rate quota (Almost 50%) = this is how emails get into spam lists. Thank you, RocketReach, you are really a terrible resource
