Great price but long delivery time

Compared to many other services I've used it was a reasonably long delivery time, in fact it was a number of days before my order was processed.
Otherwise great price and so far I'm happy with my purchase.

Do not use DHL if you want stuff on time!

The worst shipping and customer service we've ever experienced... Door to door air shipment delayed by a month for absolutely no reason other than outright incompetence. We would have been better sending it by sea freight for a fraction of the price.
