Ordered 2 new camping chairs and both…
Ordered 2 new camping chairs and both broke on first day. Sent photos and a reply back said yes there is a soldering fault they can repair or I can send back. I asked for a refund. I have heard nothing since and have had 6 emails ignored on return details.
The chairs cost around £90 each. When they arrived they actually looked like fakes but the company sent a nice reply saying sorry they can see the problem and what did I want to do. I have heard nothing since and assume I won't.
